Breckenridge vacation rentals

I cannot say enough about this place or the owner! The owner was very helpful prior to our trip, giving a lot of information that we needed about the house and the local area. He was very informative about things we needed to know when traveling to a higher altitude. He gave us a lot of information about different points of interest in Breck that helped us in making decisions on what great activities we could do. The house is located in a beautiful area, close enough to town, but set up in a beautiful neighborhood with a tranquil view! It was easy to find and when we arrived everything was just as we pictured it to be. It is a beautiful home that easily accommodated our family of six. We wanted to find a place where everyone could have their own bedroom and bathroom located close to all of the activities. This was IT! Everything you needed was there. We had no trouble at all cooking our meals because all the utensils were right there. My husband was in heaven with a sub zero fridge and large gas stove. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. There was enough room for all of us to hang out and watch TV together or retreat to the bedroom where there was a TV in each plus the living room and the den. We felt right at home here and loved eating dinners at the huge kitchen table. After a long day of hiking and biking around Lake Dillon, it was so relaxing to sit in the Jacuzzi on the back porch and just feel like you are a part of nature. We could have sat there for hours reading a book and enjoying the peaceful tree lined property. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Like I said, everything we could have possibly needed was there and Bill was so helpful to us prior to our arrival. I loved Breckenridge and hope to be back this winter! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is going to Breckenridge. We have since recommended it to many of our friends.

We stayed at this great house for 5 nights over our spring break this year. We were a large mixed group. Two younger kids and a slew of teenagers, plus the adults that go along with them. Besides being a beautiful home with a fabulous view, this house is set up as a "home" not a rental. We had a call from the owner minutes after walking in to tell us about a few of the features that we may not have discovered right away - like the awesome sound system. The kitchen is layed out great and there are plenty of seats for dining. The round table in the breakfast area is especially helpful to add another chair or two. The dining room table is very close in proximity to the kitchen so with large groups you still feel like you are together. The hot tub is wonderful and not too far from the door, a basket of extra towels was even provided. The downstairs level was great for the kids to hang out. TV, Foosball, game room, board games - we only saw the kids when they were hungry. Beds were very comfy all around. Ski out was pretty easy, Ski in was exhilarating. Some in this group have been meeting in Breck for 12 years. I had a conversation with one of the older "kids" about the house. He said it was one of the first houses that seemed like a home. Quite an observation from a 21 year old. The others in the group said this was the best house we have ever had. It could be the very first house that we rent again. Great place!

The house was beautiful, just as the photos show. There was so much room for all of us, the rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy! The spacious kitchen allowed a number of us to be in the kitchen, preparing food or making coffee at the same time and not feel in the way of each other. The dining room table was large enough for all of us to enjoy a meal together. The gas grill was used often, thank you, as was the ping pong table and the hot tub. Our view from the living room window was spectacular! We could see the skiers and ski lifts in the distance, between the tall evergreens. The scenery was stunning. Conveniently, a shuttle came by the house every 15 minutes to take us to the slopes with our skis and snowboards or to Breckenridge with the many little shops. We can’t stop talking about our fabulous vacation. Property manager Jason guided us from the minute we made the reservation. He provided us with all the info we needed about roads leading into the area from Denver, ski lift tickets, transportation to and from the slopes or town. He was available always to make our stay the best it could be. We loved everything about the house and our stay; the many pictures taken will forever remind us of the greatest vacation in the amazing and beautiful house in the mountains. No complaints, only compliments and many thanks for having a gorgeous house available.

The property manager was incredibly responsive to our last-minute trip plans. Our family of five, along with some overnight guests, enjoyed a spotless home with comfortable beds in a private setting. The large windows allow plenty of sunlight into the home, and the bedrooms can be darkened with full-length shades. The main room is perfect for gatherings and family meals. We loved starting our day on the spacious deck with coffee and making early calls while others slept. The hot tub was well-maintained and a perfect way to relax after hiking with extra towels conveniently provided nearby. The appliances were all fully functional. The property is an eight-minute drive from the Peak 8 base activity area and is at a similar elevation. It is a short drive to the town center, the Breck Connect Gondola, and the Breckenridge Recreation Center. We appreciated the location making access to the City Market, Dillon, and Frisco convenient.

It doesn't get any better than this in Breckenridge. Nothing between this house and the slopes. Perfect view, high in the mountain but less than a five minute drive to main street. Less than a two minute walk to a private stop to get on and off the gondola. This house is loaded with amenities. Professional kitchen with two ovens, three coffie makers, spice rack, sugar, flour, cooking oil, aluminum foil, zip lock bags and all the extras. Two washers and dryers with laundry detergent. The house is loaded with everthing you need. Blow dryers, lotion, full-size shampoo and conditioner in every bath. This house even comes with an oxygen machine. Hot tub, outdoor grill, heated garage with ski boot warmers. Walk out the back door to hiking trails. We looked on Realtor.com and this is a six million dollar house. There are more expensive houses in Breckenridge but none with a better location. Jason was on top of everything and responded instantly. but truly we needed nothing. Everything was perfect.

Our stay at Crystal Peak Ski Views was absolutely perfect! The condo was immaculate, and every detail was carefully considered to make our arrival seamless. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the breathtaking mountain views—waking up to such a beautiful sight every morning was truly unforgettable. The beds were incredibly comfortable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended!

Let me start off by saying that this place is AMAZING! It didn’t have a lot of reviews when we booked, so didn’t know quite what to expect, but it went above and beyond! We went with two other couples and a bunch of kids and the layout was perfect for our group. The hosts provided a super helpful digital guidebook upon booking that listed a bunch of recommendations about the area (thanks for the Eric’s rec!) and a floor plan/bedroom layout so we could map out all the sleeping arrangements before hand (super helpful with young kids). Adults hung out in the great room and on the front deck enjoying the views and fire pit, and kids hung out in the loft and playroom. Kids screamed with glee when they saw the toy spin bike and Nugget (IYKYK)! Older kids loved the Xbox. We all enjoyed the huge hot tub and yard. We even saw a couple fox and a Moose (!) wandering through the yard. The yard is so nice and private that you feel like you are actually in a cabin in the mountains in the middle of nature - not a 10-15 min walk from town. The hosts gave us a tip about a cut through trail from the house to Town, and we walked a couple times to town and the playground at Carter Park. Kitchen was fully stocked including with all the much appreciated kid stuff and a Vitamix. I could go on and on….One of the best places we’ve rented hands down!
