Unidade no último andar da Decatur House. Unidade de frente para o mar com milhas de vistas desobstruídas do oceano/praia.

Elevação do 5º andar. Perto o suficiente para observar as pessoas, mas longe o suficiente para desfrutar da vista de forma privada e tranquila. E que vista! a praia, os barcos e o calçadão... tudo para o seu prazer!

O prédio tem piscina interna sazonal (aberta do Dia da Memória até setembro) para uso, independentemente das condições climáticas. Uma vaga de estacionamento reservada perto do prédio e do elevador. Basta estacionar seu carro por uma semana e ir! Tudo está a uma curta caminhada - restaurantes, atividades familiares e opções de vida noturna. Aluguel de bicicletas/Surreys do outro lado da 12ª Rua. Parada do bonde do calçadão bem em frente ao prédio. A parada de ônibus da cidade na 12ª & Baltimore pode levá-lo a qualquer lugar em Ocean City.

Our family took the plunge on owning vacation rentals in Ocean City several years ago. We only invest in properties with premium, direct waterfront views, because we feel that is a big part of the beach vacation experience. I also enjoy providing my guests with a higher level of service than the big rental agencies provide. You'll never be in a line waiting for your keys when you rent from us, because there are no keys. You get the convenience of having a unique entry code to the locks on our properties for the duration of your stay. And you hae access to me 24/7 via text, email or phone.
