Het gebouw heeft een seizoensgebonden binnenzwembad (open van Memorial Day tot september) voor gebruik ongeacht de weersomstandigheden. Eén gereserveerde parkeerplaats dicht bij het gebouw en de lift. Parkeer je auto gewoon voor de week en ga! Alles is op loopafstand - restaurants, gezinsactiviteiten & uitgaansmogelijkheden. Fiets-/Surrey-verhuur aan de overkant van de 12e straat. Boardwalk tramhalte direct voor het gebouw. Stadsbusstop op 12e & Baltimore kan je overal in Ocean City brengen.

Our family took the plunge on owning vacation rentals in Ocean City several years ago. We only invest in properties with premium, direct waterfront views, because we feel that is a big part of the beach vacation experience. I also enjoy providing my guests with a higher level of service than the big rental agencies provide. You'll never be in a line waiting for your keys when you rent from us, because there are no keys. You get the convenience of having a unique entry code to the locks on our properties for the duration of your stay. And you hae access to me 24/7 via text, email or phone.
