12ème & Boardwalk...Au cœur de tout !

Unité au dernier étage dans le Decatur House. Unité en front de mer avec des kilomètres de vues dégagées sur l'océan et la plage.

Élévation au 5ème étage. Assez proche pour observer les gens, mais suffisamment éloigné pour profiter d'une vue privée et paisible. Et quelle vue ! la plage, les bateaux et la promenade...tout pour votre plaisir !

L'immeuble dispose d'une piscine intérieure saisonnière (ouverte du Memorial Day à septembre) utilisable quelles que soient les conditions météorologiques. Une place de parking réservée près de l'immeuble et de l'ascenseur. Garez simplement votre voiture pour la semaine et partez ! Tout est à quelques pas - restaurants, activités familiales et options de vie nocturne. Locations de vélos/Surrey de l'autre côté de la 12ème rue. Arrêt de tram de la promenade juste devant l'immeuble. L'arrêt de bus de la ville à 12th & Baltimore peut vous emmener partout à Ocean City.

Peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes (*** 3 ADULTES MAX***), avec deux lits de taille normale dans la chambre, et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. Cuisine complète avec four/cuisinière, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Il y a une machine à laver et un sèche-linge empilés pour vos besoins de blanchisserie. A Pennsylvania resident, and long-time OC MD vacationer, who has bypassed the closer beaches (to us) in NJ for over 20 years. Our family took the plunge on owning vacation rentals in Ocean City several years ago. We only invest in properties with premium, direct waterfront views, because we feel that is a big part of the beach vacation experience. I also enjoy providing my guests with a higher level of service than the big rental agencies provide. You'll never be in a line waiting for your keys when you rent from us, because there are no keys. You get the convenience of having a unique entry code to the locks on our properties for the duration of your stay. And you hae access to me 24/7 via text, email or phone.
