What are seasonal rates?
Seasonal rates set a different price for a specific date range. Seasons do not repeat - once the end date passes your base rate takes over, so create a new season for each year.

Seasonal rates allow hosts to set rates based on specific times of year, certain holidays, etc.
For example: if you are in the U.S., your property's peak season may run from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend. For others, their peak season might be in the middle of winter ski season, with their slowest season during the hot summer months.
Many hosts will create a "season" for the busy and slow periods. The might name a busy period: "Peak Season" or "Prime Season Dates."
One thing to know before you set them: a season applies to the exact dates you give it, and only once. Seasons do not repeat each year. When a season's end date passes it stops applying and your base rate takes over - along with any seasonal minimum stay, weekend price or changeover day that season was carrying. So if your peak season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day every year, create a separate season for each year rather than expecting one to come round again.
The quickest way to set up several at once is to export your seasons to a CSV, copy the rows with new dates, and import the file back - see How to get format of csv for seasonal rates?
You can check where you stand at any time: Pricing > Seasons in the listing editor lists your seasons and marks the expired ones separately.
