How to get format of csv for seasonal rates?

Export your existing seasons and use that file as the template.

1. Open houfy.com/edit-listing/<your listing id>/pricing/seasons - in the listing editor sidebar this is Pricing > Seasons. (If you do not see Seasons, this listing's rates are synced from a connected channel manager and the page is hidden.)

2. Scroll to Tools and click it to open the panel - it is closed when the page loads.

3. Under Export Seasons, click Export CSV. The file downloads as 'Houfy Listing - <id> Seasonal Prices.csv'.

That file is the format. It works even before you have created a season - you get the header row on its own, which is all you need to build the file from scratch.

To upload it back

1. In the same Tools panel, go to Import Seasons from CSV.

2. Leave the dropdown on Houfy Format. The other option, OwnerRez Format, expects a completely different file - choosing it will misread yours.

3. Drag your .csv onto the box, or click to browse. Maximum file size 5 MB.

Four things to keep, or rows are rejected or silently skipped:

• Keep the header row. The first line is ignored on import, so if you delete it your first season goes with it.

• Keep the Houfy Listing ID column filled in. It is checked against the listings on your account, and a file naming a listing that is not yours is rejected outright.

• Keep dates in mm/dd/yyyy, for example 06/15/2027.

• Leave the two columns headed 'Discontinued Column' in place. They are unused, but deleting them shifts every column after them out of position.
