Rental agreement for the hosts

1. Click the plus in the top bar to open the Create menu, scroll to the bottom and select Rental agreement - or go straight to houfy.com/new/agreement.

2. Under Choose rental listing, pick the listing this agreement is for. Every new agreement starts from the Houfy default template, which fills in predefined sections you can then edit - there is no template to select.

3. Click Create a rental agreement.

4. Edit, reorder, add and remove sections in the agreement builder. Everything saves as you go - there is no Save button to look for.

If the listing you choose already has a rental agreement, creating a new one REPLACES it - all of its sections are deleted and rebuilt from the default template, and this cannot be undone.

To edit an agreement you already have, open My rental agreements, or go to Edit listing > Settings > Rules, Age & Rental Agreement.
