How do I unhide, unpause, unsnooze, relist or reactivate my listing on Houfy?

How you bring a listing back depends on which state it is in. Open Manage Listings first - the tabs across the top of that page tell you which case you are in.

If your listing is hidden

1. Click the Hidden tab at the top of Manage Listings. The tab only appears if you actually have a hidden listing - if there is no Hidden tab, nothing of yours is hidden.

2. Find the listing. The button on it tells you which of the two cases applies.

3. If the button says Activate, click it. Your listing goes live again straight away.

4. If the button says Request to activate, your listing has been flagged by Houfy and you cannot switch it back on yourself. Clicking sends a request to our verifications team, who review it and come back to you. Please also email info@houfy.com with your listing number when you do, so we can pick it up quickly and tell you what is needed.

If your listing is snoozed or paused

A snoozed listing is not hidden, so it is not in the Hidden tab - it stays in your normal listings with Snoozed until and a date shown on it.

Find it in Manage Listings and click Activate on that card. The snooze ends immediately and the listing starts taking reservations again.

If you cannot find the listing anywhere

If a listing is in none of the tabs, it may have been removed rather than hidden. Email info@houfy.com with the listing number and we will tell you what happened to it.
