Why does my listing show "in progress"?
In Progress means the listing is not yet 100% complete, so it is held back from search. The usual culprits are a missing description, fewer than five photos, or a booking cut-off date that has already passed.

In Progress means your listing is not yet 100% complete, so Houfy is holding it back from search until the missing pieces are filled in. It is a checklist, not a fault.
Open Manage Listings and look at the In Progress tab - the listing card shows you which items are still outstanding.
The checklist, most commonly missed first
A description. This is the single most common reason a listing sits in progress. Add it under Edit Listing, then Overview.
At least 5 photos. Four is not enough - the fifth is what completes it.
A booking cut-off date that has not passed. If you set a specific last bookable date and that date is now in the past, your listing drops to 95%.
A title.
A location pin on the map.
Your bedroom and bathroom counts.
A price - either a base nightly, weekly or monthly rate, or rates set on future calendar dates.
Where the booking cut-off date is
It is on the Calendar page, not the Pricing page. Open the listing's Calendar, click Settings, open the Availability tab and press Edit. Under Booking cutoff you can either set a specific last date guests may book, or choose a number of months ahead.
If you keep hitting this, choose months ahead rather than a fixed date. A fixed date expires and drops your listing back to In Progress every time; a rolling window of months never does.
After you fix it
Your completion score is recalculated the moment you save, so the listing moves back to Completed on its own - there is no need to ask us to re-check it. If it has not moved, something else on the list above is still outstanding.
