The space
This unit has a full sized kitchen (washer and dryer within) and a separate large room for living and sleeping. A large bookshelf separates the sleeping area and the living area. The space also has a cute private bath with rain shower head. There is also a cute private, fenced in side patio with propane lit crystal fire pit.

For sleeping, the unit has a king-sized bed in the sleeping area. Please note there is no door to the sleeping area. Our unit provides high quality bedding for your sleeping pleasure, memory foam mattresses and cotton rich sateen sheets.

Living area has a 50” Smart TV. Nestle in on the queen sleeper sofa by the fireplace watching your favorite shows.

The kitchen comes fully equipped well organized kitchen easily accommodates your needs with: toaster, blender, food processor, mixer, pots, pans, and even a turkey roaster. Pantry basics and a lovely coffee bar await you.

Hot tub is located in backyard in a shared fenced in space. Just to the back of your side courtyard.

The bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels and extras like cotton balls, q-tips, first aid kit, lint roller, and blow dryer.

Restaurants are plentiful, Orlando's is a few blocks away and the Kraft house is the best of urban down home. College town trendy boutiques are just minutes away. Nightlife has something for all between College Town and the Depot District.

Guest access
This triplex home is divided into three private residences, each with its own front door, kitchen, bath, and bedroom. This unit features a private courtyard on the west side and shared hot tub access in the SW corner of the backyard, accessible via private locking entrances. The max guest capacity for the entire property is 8. One off-street parking space is available for this unit. We follow CDC cleaning guidelines to ensure a germ-free environment for all guests.

Other things to note
The community fee represents a 7% hotel tax required by the city of lubbock and any guest whether in a hotel or airbnb is required to pay. Airbnb submits a 5% state of texas tax directly, which is the tax fee.

This cozy space in a triplex features a private bedroom area divided from the living area by a large bookshelf. While each unit is private, some sound may carry between units, and the off-street parking is shared with another unit, so you might encounter other guests. Please be respectful of others, tidy up after yourselves, and enjoy your stay—we handle all the cleaning!
