The place features high-end antique furniture, a King-sized luxurious bed with soft sheets, hot tub, FAST WIFI, W/D, loaded kitchen with coffee, waffles mix and maker. Pets* and long-term stays welcome!

The space
Drop your bags, grab some chocolate and put your feet up and let your spirit lift in this space filled with light and beautiful italian art. Saute some meat or look at our guidebook for your delicious next meal or a local vineyard tour. In the evening put your swim suit on and grab a glass of wine and head out to the Hot tub with access through your backyard gate. Finally, lay down in the high quality, king bed and let it cradle you to sleep. In the am, you can make some waffles and step outside in a fully enclosed backyard, sipping on some french pressed coffee.

The apartment is stocked with the comforts of home with a stocked kitchenette with cooking basics and pots and pans, and bathroom supplies.

Guest access
You can park in street to unload luggage, enter your door code to get in, then move your car to off street spot, if desired

Other things to note
The community fee represents a 7% hotel tax required by the city of lubbock and any guest whether in a hotel or airbnb is required to pay. Airbnb submits a 5% state of texas tax directly, which encompasses the tax portion of the fees.

This is a triplex home or a building divided into three self-contained residences. Each unit has private front door/kitchen/bath and bedroom. There is no shared space besides the hot tub area in the SW corner of the backyard. Each unit has private/locking access to this shared space. Max guests at one time are 8, if all units are fully occupied. All units are airbnb units.

This is the southern most unit, and has a great private backyard with dining space.
