Our stay at Kaystay’s presidential apartment was nothing short of exceptional. The location was ideal — close enough to the heart of Ho Chi Minh City for easy access to all the energy and excitement, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. You truly get the best of both worlds here. The apartment itself had great charm — beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. It felt like a quiet retreat after exploring the city’s vibrant streets. District 1 was right across the bridge, which made it super convenient for dining, nightlife, and shopping. There were also plenty of local events happening nearby and even a metro station within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The host was another highlight. We were warmly greeted upon check-in, and throughout our stay, communication was excellent. The host was always available, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed — from local recommendations to quick responses to our quest

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Ho Chi Minh City! While we had a slight hiccup at check-in due to some miscommunication with the security guard, the issue was resolved very quickly, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. The apartment itself was wonderful—clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was great, the bed was cozy, and the amenities made us feel right at home. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus in the warm Saigon weather. The washer was a huge benefit. The location couldn’t have been better! We were within walking distance of great restaurants, cafés, and local attractions, making it super convenient to explore the city. Despite being in the heart of the action, the apartment was peaceful and provided a great retreat after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I had an amazing experience.

I’m currently staying at this villa and it’s been a really pleasant experience. The space is elegant, quiet, and very well designed it feels both comfortable and refined. I especially love the natural light and the sense of privacy here. Everything has been smooth so far, and I’d definitely consider staying longer.

Very responsive and helpful host. Apartment was exactly as described - very comfortable and roomy for our family of 4 adults and one toddler. They let us check in two hours early and stored our luggage after the check out time before we headed to the airport. Highly recommend KayStay

Our stay at this place was truly fantastic! The private pool was an amazing addition that we thoroughly enjoyed during our family vacation. The location couldn't have been better, with a nearby gym, local market, entertainment club, and restaurant right around the corner. Being close to the old town and having access to free bikes was a big plus, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Moreover, the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary airport pick-up and the warm welcome gift with delicious food upon our arrival. We highly recommend this spot for an unforgettable and budget-friendly Airbnb stay!

I was there with my father. We both agree that it is one of the best villas either of has ever rented. It is like in the pictures, situated near the river, with an amazing pool on the second floor – that allows for lap swimming – and beautiful rooms. What you can't see on the pictures is how high quality everything is in the house. The kitchen equipment is all very high grade, like the oven or the dishwasher (yes, there is a dishwasher, unusual in my experience in Asia!). E.g. Not just a cheap microwave on the counter, an built in Bosch oven/microwave. Same goes for beds, the washrooms and the windows. Then it is really quiet, which is also great. Lastly, the host was amazing, responding quickly to every request, and going above and beyond. When I asked where I could rent a bicycle, he provided one free of charge. He was also very gracious with some accommodations my father and me needed for health reasons. In short, simply amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Hoi An! The service was truly exceptional—communication was always quick and responsive. Phuong went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed, from arranging in-room massages and airport pickup to helping us find a fantastic babysitter for our 10 month old daughter (who absolutely adored her!). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We also looked forward to the delicious daily breakfast each morning. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Hoi An! Thank you for a rememberable vacation!

I've stayed in many places in Hoi An and I found this as the best, pictures match the property perfectly and it was as it was described. This is not always the case in Hoi An. Everything with this stay was 10 out of 10. Phuong and her team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process making check in process clear and making our entire stay extremely comfortable. Rooms had everything you need and any questions we had Phuong was able to question immediately. WiFi was amazing and I was able to take work call without any issues, plus a desk in the room was major positive. Rooms were very sound proof and location was in a quiet area on the main road making it easy to get to but also far enough away to not hear any traffic noise. Would recommend and will come back.
