Fantastic flat, it is just located 15 min by tram ride to the Center of Heidelberg. Just within walking distance, from Lidl, Aldi and Rewe. Michael is great host. He answers his emails promptly. The flat is very comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped too. There is an off street parking just outside with no parking restrictions. We took the advantage of buying the Heidelberg Pass. It is worth it if you are planing to visit the Castle. I will highly recommend it

Everything is perfect for 100 points. Although the house is called a small room, it is not small at all. It is a very large space for a person. The kitchen and bathroom are extremely clean. The house also has a beautiful garden and balcony. The landlord couple are very friendly people. You will have plenty of private space. The house is very quiet and beautiful. There are supermarkets, pubs and restaurants not far from the residence. I recommend it to everyone.💯💯💯

Ana Lilia and Michael greeted us at the door and showed us the apartment (which is much more spacious than the pictures suggest). Located a short tram ride from the Altstadt the neighborhood is a haven of peace, full of gardens and walking paths. Ana Lilia and Michael are perfect hosts, discrete but available. We look forward to visiting again.

We had a fantastic 8 days stay in Villa Toscana! I strongly recommend you to choose Harry and Malo house for your holidays in Baviera. Harry and Malo were nice hosts, and helped us in everything we needed. The house is a old shed rebuild as a house. There are 7 beds (real beds, no couch beds) in 3 rooms. As we were 4 people (me, my wife, daughter and son) we had plenty of space. The garden is nice and we could park our car there. The house is inside a little village surrounded by beautiful countryside. You need a car to take a train or to go to the supermarket. München is 40 km from the house but it takes around 45 minutes to go there as the roads are narrow and they go through several small villages that you need to reduce speed.

Die Kommunikation mit Ana Lilia verlief sehr einfach, schnell und reibungslos. Die Wohnung war super schön, ruhig und sehr sauber: Toll ausgestattete Küche, mega schönes Bad & Wohnzimmer, bequeme Betten. In der nahen Umgebung findet man alles was man so braucht: Supermarkt, DM, leckere Restaurants, Bäckerei, usw. Wir waren über Silvester dort und konnten auf dem nahe gelegenen Aussichtspunkt "Karlslust" wunderschön das Feuerwerk über der Stadt anschauen. Sehr gute Bahn-Verbindung in die Innenstadt (ohne Umsteigen, 15min). Alles in allem haben wir uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese gerne weiter.

Wir kamen im Juli mit unseren 2, 9 und 12 Jahre alten Kindern und schätzten die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss sehr! Es gab viel Platz für alle, um abzuhängen, und die Couch war großartig für einen Filmabend mit der Familie. Der Projektor im Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad war ein cooles Feature. Wir konnten Parkplätze an der Straße in der Nähe des Hauses finden, und es war hilfreich, dass die Supermärkte REWE/Penny und die Bäckerei zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Kai war immer ansprechbar, wenn wir Bedenken hatten, und reagierte schnell. Wir können diesen Aufenthalt anderen empfehlen.

The place was really great. We loved staying there. The house itself is very big and can accommodate two families very well. It was Worth staying there and easy commute to Black Forrest & Switzerland. We will visit again. 💚

Die Unterkunft entspricht vollkommen den Beschreibungen. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen. Die Sauberkeit ist für ein Airbnb vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Bad und Teile der Küche sind etwas älter aber das ist nicht weiter schlimm. Einzige Probleme an der Lage sind die Parkplätze. Da ich sehr spät angereist bin waren die öffentlichen Parkplatz auf der Straße alle voll und ich musste sehr weit weg parken. Dies ist tagsüber aber wahrscheinlich besser.
