J'ai passé un séjour fantastique dans cet appartement grâce à l'excellente hospitalité de l'hôte. L'endroit était impeccable, confortable et offrait toutes les commodités dont j'avais besoin. L'emplacement était idéal et j'ai vraiment apprécié la tranquillité de la résidence. L'hôte a été très réactif et accueillant. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour agréable et sans tracas. Un grand merci à Noeima pour avoir contribué à rendre mon voyage si spécial !

WOW, WOW, WOW! Can I give 100 stars??? I agree that the pictures do not give the place justice. It is so amazing, we felt like royalty every second we stayed there. Khadija was absolutely wonderful to us. Despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate using Google Translate. She personally walked us to meeting places that might have been difficult for us to find, cleaned our Riad every day, made breakfast every day and dinner three times while we were there (SO yummy!). She even did our laundry! We are taking her home with us back to the USA! My daughter wasn't feeling well one afternoon, and she even went to the pharmacy for us to get some meds. Another day, our host for our day trip did not show up and, at the last minute, she found someone new to give us the same trip...even cheaper! The location is fantastic. You are about 15 minutes or so walk to El Fna square. Be sure to drop a pin on your phone map when you get to your regular meeting place so you can easily find your way back. The medina really is a maze but we were able to navigate just fine. Francois has an incredible attention to detail. Every little part of the Riad is perfect, from the eclectic collection of books and artwork to considering every need a guest might have. There is even a massage table in the Riad in case you want to have a masseuse come give you a massage (yes, we did!). He was always available on WhatsApp if I had questions. Hassan was also there to help us with anything we needed. When the tank was empty for the heater, he promptly showed up with a new one and hooked it up for us. He was also there at 4:00 in the morning to help us with our luggage on the day we had to catch our early plane. Khadija even offered to make us breakfast that morning (we didn't take her up on it, but so nice to offer!)! There are so many other things about this place that you will love. If you are thinking about staying here, think no more...JUST DO IT. You will be just as amazed as we were.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. L’accueil a été chaleureux, le logement conforme à la description et très propre. Tout était bien organisé et confortable, ce qui a rendu mon voyage très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour. Le séjour s’est merveilleusement bien déroulé. La maison est fidèle à la description et aux photos, les lieux sont très propres et Ahmed Amine a été d’une grande réactivité. La villa est dans une résidence propre et calme, la plage 5 min à pied. Je recommande vivement et reviendrai volontiers avec ma famille pour un séjour plus long ! Petit plus pour les œuvres d’art !

The property was spacious, bright, and beautifully presented, with spectacular sea views that made the stay even more special. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect and central, with everything within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to others.
