Marco Island vacation rentals

We found Plumeria Point by pure happy accident! We had never been to Marco Island before but once we saw the house, we knew we needed to go! Our trip consisted of my husband, our daughter (18 y/o), two sons (22 and 23 y/o) and me! First of all, we felt completely at ease coming to the house after a late flight because communication with Kristen has been so easy from the second we booked! She gave us SO much information about the area, activity suggestions, restaurant suggestions, what's nearby, etc. that by the time we arrived, we really felt comfortable. And this house! WOW! For our family of 5, we had MORE than enough room from the spacious living room with large sectional and sitting area with board games for those rainy days! The large kitchen had the pots, pans, griddle, measuring cups, plates, flatware, etc. my husband and I needed to make our family a large breakfast one of the mornings (but we definitely took advantage of the restaurant suggestions for the other meals!). Now, walking out of the living room through the sliding doors is the amazing heated pool, fire table and sitting area and another table with chairs, along with sunning chairs and grill! Oh, and a flats screen TV! Every morning we played music on the TV while watching the waterfall on the pool! We were also completely appreciative of all the supplies and tools to borrow for beach day! We borrowed a wagon, beach chairs, cooler, big umbrella and even the beach towels to spend the day at Tigertail Beach! The neighborhood is quiet and the homes in the area are gorgeous and made for some great sightseeing on a morning walk! We were short drives to mini golf, a State Park to gator watch and take a jet ski tour! This was a super quick trip for our first time to Marco Island and at Plumeria Point and we are already talking about our next trip!

Just returned from our 2 week holiday. Visited 2 locations of the gulf coast, first 8 days here. Second visit to Marco but first time staying here. Previously stayed in Marco Ocean hotel beachfront which would normally be typical Choice for me as I like the breeze. This website had many other options especially condos. TBH there are so many choices it became difficult to pick the right one as they all began to look the same. Then, this condo stood out from the others due to the views and condo layout. The photos accurately show this condo as it is in reality. The view is outstanding and there is a breeze due to the waterfront location. The condo fixtures and fittings are to a high spec with the overall design bright, spacious and has everything you could possibly need. it was rainy season which seemed less of an issue due to the condo being so beautiful, open spaced with the perfect large balcony, I was just as relaxed staying inside or undercover on the balcony. Upon arrival Brian and Tyler welcomed us and made sure we were all set. Although they were available if required, I liked their style which was professional - ‘available without being intrusive’ which was perfect. I struggled to want to leave for my next location which was siesta keys in Sarasota where we had booked the next 5 days. We booked a condo here too at a similar price which was a two minute walk to the beach. The accommodation at this location was nothing like Marco. Dark, inside with a tiny patio. The weather was much worse to the point of being forced off the beach after an hour or less. The rain was non stop throughout which meant being mostly stuck inside a condo that really wasn’t catered to be indoors. Very different to Marco standard - lesson learnt… I will definitely be choosing this Marco condo again next year. 👌

We have been renting the same home for 5 years, and Kristen has had ownership the past few years. Each year there are improvements to the property. She listens to her clients feedback and makes sure you have everything you need. I mean there is an air fryer, blender, outdoor shower… oh, and she heats the pool. The home is perfect for our extended family of 6, and my teenage daughter looks forward to her week in “her” king-sized bed. Our son loves the bunk room. My parents enjoy the pool and loungers. We load up beach chairs every day and head to the beach. There is even a taller chair that is great for my dad who has had both knees replaced. The bikes are great for getting back and forth to the beach. This home has everything you need for a great family vacation. We greatly appreciate the second fridge in the garage which we use for water and other beverages. We will be back again in 2026- maybe twice!

The location is unbeatable—just minutes from both beaches and close to all the best restaurants. Everything you could possibly need for a perfect beach day is provided, right down to sun hats! We loved the thoughtful extras like the Bluetooth speaker and board games (though I still haven’t managed to beat my husband at Bananagrams—next time, I will!). The beds were super comfy, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. The pool is absolutely magnificent, and we enjoyed grilling steaks outdoors and fishing right from the canal. With the bait shop, Publix, and shopping just a hop, skip, and a jump away, everything was super convenient. No need to overpack either—the washer and dryer came in handy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want, including an air fryer and a crock pot. The air fryer was perfect for reheating our leftover Sicilian pizza! A huge bonus was being able to park in the garage with a remote—our car stayed nice and cool. Kristen is a superb host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We’re already looking at dates for our next stay. Thank you, Kristen, for your wonderful hospitality!

We booked last minute for 5 nights and the hosts were more than gracious, easy to communicate with and responsive. The house was perfect for our needs (family of 5 with 3 young kids) and our kids lived in the pool. It was the most relaxing vacation my husband and I have had yet- as we were able to sit on the covered lanai and drink coffee while the kids swam! The pool is heated so warm even in the chillier mornings we were blessed with on our vacation. The house had so many amenities, there wasn't anything we could want for. My kids enjoyed trying out the bicycle built for two, and I appreciated that there were a few helmets available. For a beach day we had everything we would need- a wagon, chairs, towels, a cooler, toys, boogie boards, etc. We didn't use the kayak or fishing poles but wish we would have had time! It was fun to hang out on the deck chairs out back and look for fish off the dock. The neighborhood is clean and safe and quiet. The location is so close to Publix and Marco Island was super easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

The condo was perfect! Clean, comfortable, beautiful, and perfectly stocked with everything needed! We loved there was chairs, a wagon, a small cooler, and all the beach gear someone could need. The condo is a decent walk to the beach so having the wagon was great! The sand is pretty packed down so it's an easy pull out to set up. The condo is absolutely beautifully done. The views are spectacular and the whole condo feels light and airy. Tricia is probably one of the best hosts we've ever worked with. So kind and was sure to check on us throughout out stay, by text. The check in person at the tower, he is lacks the same personality as Tricia. Don't let him scare you though your stay will be amazing once you've checked in. Everyone else is super friendly in the towers. The locals and security staff we met were equally as kind as Tricia. The pool was perfect also. 10/10 would recommend!

From the beginning Anthony reached out to us to make sure we were all set. He sent us clear instructions about the required paperwork. He was diligent in sending detailed check in instructions. He reassured us that he was ready for our arrival and, he definitely was. All amenities were provided. The place had a magnificent unobstructed view of the gulf from every room. The sunsets were breathtaking. The pristine pool and the amazingly clean beach were easily accessible from the rear of theTradewinds building. A designated parking spot was available for use as well as a guest spot. The location of the apartment was across from the laundry room which made doing laundry convenient. Additionally, Anthony provides a storage room filled with beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach accessories. Anthony is a host who frequently checks in and is available for any need at any time. He is responsive, friendly, and truly a fantastic person. He even sent a text asking if we made it home safely.
