Serene, Stunning, and Modern. Villa Modere
The first trip the house was a bit overwhelming (dirt road, lot of steep driving) but this was honestly as expected in BVI. Once you've driven to it a couple of times, it seems much less anxiety provoking. Claudia was AMAZING - super helpful in every way and attentive to us the entire stay (met us when we arrived and showed us to the house, setup the rental car and a private boat tour, private chef, restaurant recommendations, and constantly checked in with us during the stay) - I wish there was one of her at every house I've ever rented. The house is beautiful - it has some quirks, like most airbnb's in the Caribbean, but most of they were easy to overlook based on the beautiful house and stunning views. We never got in the pool as it was too cold, but Claudia was very responsive in trying to get this resolved for us. Tortola was a lovely trip and I would definitely stay here again!
