We spent a wonderful one week with our two teenager boys at Antonio's premium quality house (super clean and more than well equipped) that is the perfect place for relaxing in nature. The breathtaking view from the huge covered terrace we could not get enough of it. The house located in the little village on the hill, with no traffic and absolute silence, with no neighbours just right next to the woods(enabling stunning star watching). A perfect place for relaxing in nature and enjoying outdoor activities, as well maintained trails are all around the region reachable from the house. Two beautiful pebbled beaches (Plaza Drenje and Jadrina) reachable trough steep trails by foot(20-30 minutes) lying on the wonderful seaside panorama trail, connecting Ravni and Sveti Marina . A more built up beach in Ravni (with restaurant and showers) is 5 minutes away by car. Antonio is a super host, with his kindness and great place to stay, worth visit several times! Thanks Antonio!!

I am torn between telling everybody (who wants to know AND who doesn't) about this gem (the cove, the house, the host) and keeping it a secret. To be fair on AirBnB at least let me tell you one thing: If you have the chance to book this flat, do it! Slaven created heaven on earth in this place. Anybody who appreciates nature and high quality food will find it at this exact address. The condo is perfect for visitors of all ages and provides relaxation as well as action, whatever floats your boat. When I saw that the host lived in the same house (separate flats) I doubted whether it was a good decision to spend our holidays here, since we were looking for a lonely place far away from people in general. Boy, was I wrong... Not only does Slaven offer a solid blend of discretion, hospitality and passion but built the outdoor area so thoroughly that it is possible to recover from your own travel companions (2020 was hard on all of us, am I right? ;-) ). Everybody gets his or her well earned rest here, whether collectively or individually. The complete package is worth every penny and actually cannot be outweighed in money. Don't miss out on all the other deals besides staying here, like enjoying fresh grilled fish and various boat trips. Slaven offers a lot of extras for reasonable prices, just ask and be amazed. Here you will find a lot of things that seem to get lost over the years: pristine nature, simple but delicious meals and most of all real connections. This is how all of AirBnB should be like, driven by the experience of knowledgable locals who enjoy being hosts and showing guests their home and culture. I am and was blessed with fantastic people, beautiful places and unique experiences in my life. This cove, house and host can line up pretty far ahead in all that. Treat yourself and explore this place, you'll love yourself and the world at least a little, probably a lot more. We'll be back.

Dario was an excellent host with outstanding communication before and throughout our stay. He was very flexible with check-in, which we truly appreciated as we were travelling with two elderly family members who were tired from a long journey. The house is beautiful, warm, spotless, and very well maintained. It matched the listing perfectly—photos and description were completely accurate. The space is extremely functional and comfortable for guests of all ages. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet very central and convenient to the town centre. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the parking space was a great bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating New Year’s here with family and friends and felt very much at home. Highly recommended—we would happily stay here again.

The apartment is very well located, barely a 10-minute walk from the main attractions of the city, the decoration and layout are very well thought out. It has a private parking space, essential in Split. The apartment has everything you need, Vedran and his wife welcome you like royalty, with a bottle of white wine and seasonal fruit, coffee, milk for breakfast...in short, everything you need for a pleasant stay. The air conditioning is very much appreciated, even at night. To get back from the other side of Split, the "beach" side with all its restaurants and bars, the Uber didn't even cost us €7... Communication via WhatsApp was impeccable and very useful, especially for those of us who are terrible at English. I highly recommend this apartment.

Przyjęto nas bardzo serdecznie, dostaliśmy drobny poczęstunek, który bardzo się przydał po ciężkiej trasie. Gospodyni była mila i destepna z pomocą o każdej porze. Apartament bardzo czysty, z widokiem na morze, dwa kroki do plaży. Blisko centrum i okolicznych lokali. Jedyne co mi brakowało to miejsce na przechowywanie Sup, czy innych pompowanych zabawek do wody. Jednakże polecam te miejsce, na prawdę warto. Pozdrawiamy dospodarzy.

Der Gastgeber Emil war sehr, sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Er hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns sofort eine Kaffeemaschine gebracht, nachdem mein Mann festgestellt hat, dass das Haus noch keine Kaffeemaschine hat. Das Haus ist ganz neu und wir waren die zweiten Gäste. Für Emil war es ein persönliches Anliegen, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Er hat uns am zweiten Tag eine kleine Flasche Slivoviz und Tomaten aus seinem Garten vorbeigebracht. Das Haus ist auf einem kleinen Hügel in der Nähe von Brsec. Wir hatten eine eigene Terrasse und das ganze Haus nur für uns alleine. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, so dass wir sogar einmal unser gesamtes Abendessen dort kochen konnten. In Brsec gibt es ein kleines Café, in dem wir jeden Morgen erst mal unseren Kaffee und unseren frisch gepressten O-Saft getrunken haben. Es war nicht überfüllt und sehr idyllisch. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus und würden es jedem empfehlen.

Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos und wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und stilvoll. Sowohl die Küche als auch alle anderen Räume hatten eine super Ausstattung. Es waren sogar Spielzeug und Gadets für den Pool vorhanden. Der Außenbereich mit Pool hat die perfekte Größe und ist ebenfalls wunderschön angelegt. Für heiße Sommertage könnte es vielleicht ein wenig mehr Optionen für schattige Ort geben, aber zwei große Sonnenschirme sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Irena war super. Sie hat uns auch im Vorfeld gut beraten und informiert. Wir konnten sie immer erreichen und sie hat uns sofort geholfen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Great rental. Great experience. Jacuzzi was awesome after a long day of traveling. Beds were comfortable. Showers stayed hot with 4 adults and a toddler. You need a car to get there but its in a beautiful part of Pula with a lot of nature nearby. We went in the off season in November. Some great local restaurants were open 5-10 min drive away. One caution, you need to bring CASH for the €50 per person deposit. That was not clear to me upon booking. I thought that was taken in my airbnb payment. After a long day of travel I was not in the mood to find an ATM (and pay 5-10% fees) so they took my USD. You need cash in Croatia for restaurants and shops so I didn't want to lock up my money with them during my stay. Small annoyance but a big FYI considering we had a party of 4.
