Across the street is a everything you need from groceries to gas stations. South 1.5 blocks is a main road (400 S) with a TRAX station, Starbucks and a world of food places.

Trax is walking distance to the south, 1.5 blocks. from there the world is yours!

Stairs are required to access the unit, appx 6 steps down into the courtyard. No stairs once inside the unit.
