located at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon in Cottonwood Heights 'The City between the Canyons' (suburb of Salt Lake City). We are 9 miles from Alta, Snowbird (Little Cottonwood Canyon) and 12 miles from Solitude, Brighton (Big Cottonwood Canyon) and 15 MILES FROM DOWNTOWN SALT LAKE CITY (Salt Palace Convention Center) and 10 minutes to Sandy (Mountain America Expo Center). Park City and Deer Valley resorts are only 25-31 miles away on I-80.

**Summer/Fall 2022: We did a major remodel on the condo. All new kitchen; including custom cabinets (for more space), high end KitchenAid appliances including a double gas range, quartzite countertops, flooring. The two main floor bathrooms (near the two twins bed at end of hall) and the queen en suite bathroom have been completely remodeled! We replaced all the windows (24 in total) and the exterior sliding door. Having new windows will help with heating and cooling.

In light of recent news regarding cameras, we feel it’s important to note, that for our guests’ privacy we do not have cameras inside or outside of any of our properties (including Ring type cameras).

Beautiful hickory hardwood on the main level. The remainder of the condo including all 4 bedrooms have been re carpeted with lush Karastan carpeting and new paint. Look at our reviews~5 star! (even before all this work was done)! All our reviews are all from real guests that have actually stayed in the property.

Our 'retreat' is in the furthest building away from busy Wasatch Boulevard. It is very peaceful and private.

The Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center is just over a mile away. Olympic sized ice rink open year round, indoor and outdoor pools, racquetball (and Walleyball) courts, as well as a cardio room and weight room. The rec center offers several classes, from Spin, to Yoga and Zumba. Nominal fee. The outdoor pool is wonderful with two huge slides, three "rock" diving boards.

We do have a Tourist Home / Short Term Rental license with Cottonwood Heights (a requirement for short-term rentals in our city)
