This is a single-story home, but stairs are required to access the entrance.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

No street parking permitted — driveway parking is available for up to 6 vehicles only.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.
