Waterscape A115H is a ground floor beachfront condo that sleeps 8 in a resort-like environment with something for everyone. Enjoy this freshly painted condo with everything you need to relax with your family. The primary bedroom has a king bed and wheelchair accessible bath with separate shower and tub. The second bedroom suite has a queen bed and also has a separate shower and large tub. A bunk room with a privacy curtain provides the perfect sleeping area for two. The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, and DVD player and opens to an oversized patio with outdoor seating. Tile floors throughout so no carpet to deal with. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. This unit is handicap accessible and offers wider door frames, shower bars, pedestal sinks, and lower counters.

We are located on the first floor, which means no long waits on the elevator! The garage entrance is across the hall and the pool entrance is only down a couple doors, so everything is easily accessible. Our extended patio allows for the space to relax and enjoy a good book.

A115H has been a destination for families for years, but it now has new owners. We are excited to update this awesome space to create many new memories in the future.

Parking Notes: GARAGE PARKING ONLY. Parking garage offers open parking, no assigned spaces. 2 parking passes allowed per unit. DO NOT PARK in parking lot located in front of Waterscape or you will be towed. HOA WILL NOT ALLOW ANY BOATS, TRAILERS, OR JET SKIS ON PROPERTY AT ALL. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED.

GARAGE HEIGHT INFORMATION: North Entrance - 9'2" & South Entrance- 7'2" All vehicles between 7'2" - 9'2" will have limited parking available on the 1st floor by north entrance of parking garage. All other vehicles will need to be 7'2' or under to park on first floor and upper levels of parking garage.
