The little ones will enjoy feeding seagulls on relaxing days at the beach. The sunset at the end of the day is breath taking while taking a walk on the beach with your loved ones.

Pelican Isle is a seven story beachfront complex located on the beautiful white sands of Fort Walton Beach. The view from the balcony is one of the best beach views on the island. The complex includes a large gulf front heated pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, fitness center, high speed internet, BBQ area, and plenty of parking.

The newly renovated kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a large French door refrigerator, which is very rare find in a one bedroom. Beautiful Granite Countertops are also in our condo.

The master suite features a spacious comfortable King Size Bed with a private full sized bathroom. The hallway features two comfy bunk beds with flat screen TVs with another full size bathroom. The top bunk bed has streaming wireless while the second bunk bed has a built-in DVD player. The living room also features a large flat screen TV, which will allow you to watch movies from Netflix. A Belgium Waffle iron is an example of one of the many extras included in the kitchen. The unit also includes a private washer and dryer.

Some of the many activities in the area are Parasailing, Watersports, Offshore Fishing, Golf, Snorkling, Gulfarium, the Track, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, etc.
