Relax with the whole family at this peaceful waterfront pool home with direct canal access to the Gulf via the Cotee River. Enjoy your own private outdoor oasis featuring a heater pool, hot tub, dock, and beautiful water views.
Make the most of your stay with complimentary amenities, including two canoes, fishing poles, or fish right from the dock. We also provide beach essentials such as a cooler, beach chairs, and a beach cart, everything you need for a fun and relaxing getaway.
The space
1,500 sq ft home with heated pool & hot tub, gulf access, dock space and close to Tarpon Springs beaches, Honeymoon Island and the famous Clearwater Beach!

BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom features a king bed with memory foam mattress, 55” TV, walk in closet, and full bathroom. This bedroom also includes double French doors that open up to the pool area.
The second bedroom is perfect for kids or young adults, with two bunk beds. Queen beds on the bottom and XL twin on the top. This room is a fun and comfortable space—perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of adventure. A variety of board games are stored in the large closet.
The third bedroom provides a cozy atmosphere providing a twin bed with dresser and closet
BATHROOMS
This property has two full bathrooms newly remodeled. The master bathroom has 2 vanities and walk in shower. The second bathroom has one sink and a bathtub.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, silverware, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, spices, cutting board, toaster, wine glasses for every person in your party. 6 people can comfortably eat in the dining area.
There’s a Keurig Single Serve coffee maker with K cups, tea and sugar for our guests. The refrigerator and freezer have plenty of space.
LIVING ROOM
With plenty of seating for the whole family, the living room is an ideal place to unwind, chat, and play games. The comfortable L-shaped couch sits across from a 65” Amazon Fire TV that can be used to sign into any streaming services.
OUTDOOR
Step outside to a beautiful, fully fenced backyard filled with amenities:
• Heated pool & hot tub
• Propane BBQ grill
• Adirondack Chairs
• Dock for fishing or boating
• 2 Canoes w/ life jackets & paddles
GARAGE
Our garage offers a washer and dryer and contains beach chairs, a beach umbrella, ladder ball, fishing poles, life jackets and a cooler.
GUEST ACCESS
Enjoy the entire home and outdoor amenities all to yourself. Parking is allowed only in the driveway. No parking in the garage or street. You will be given a door access code at check-in that you can use for the duration of your stay.
POOL INFORMATION
The pool is serviced once a week, and the heater is set to 84 degrees. However, we cannot promise that the temperature will remain if the weather outside gets too cold (especially at night). Please do not tamper with the valves or other pool settings (unless discussed otherwise). Failure to do so may result in additional fees.
While we have a professional service that regularly cleans and maintains the pool, it may be necessary to use the provided net and remove debris or other things that may fall into the pool before use just as a homeowner would.
Please note that there is not a safety fence separating the home to the pool and river, so additional supervision of young children will be required. We do have alarms on the doors and windows to alert you when the doors are opened.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Landscape maintenance for the front yard occurs typically every other Saturday.
We do our part in holding our housekeeping team to the highest standards as well as utilize quarterly and as-needed pest control services (safe for kids) Please note: we are unable to offer any guarantees against nor refunds for the occasional critter that may make it inside our home. We are located in a hot and humid climate that is teeming with wildlife. Please help us by keeping doors closed, dispose of trash properly in the trash bins provided outside, and store food in a responsible manner. Thank you kindly!

Guests will have full private access to the main living areas of the home, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area and garage. The outdoor space—including the pool, hot tub, patio, dock, canoes and canal access is also exclusively available for guest use during your stay.
Please note that a small owner’s storage cabinets in the garage and utility closets in the house are locked and not accessible to guests. All other areas shown in the listing photos are available for your use.
