Welcome to Sugar Beach, an inviting beachfront retreat on the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach just off Thomas Drive — one of the area’s most desirable and walkable beach neighborhoods. You’ll enjoy direct Gulf of Mexico access, stunning emerald waters, and classic tropical vibes right outside your door.

Sugar Beach places you steps from the shoreline for sunset strolls, sunbathing, swimming, and water play. The low-rise complex has a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere with a large gulf-front pool, clubhouse, and lighted tennis/pickleball courts — perfect for both family vacations and couples’ escapes

The house is a short under 2 minute walk to the resort private beach access. You'll need a vehicle to get around Panama City Beach. During peak season of June and July, you can expect heavy traffic on the main roads.

Dog Friendly HOA Guidelines:
- Only two (2) pets (dogs) per unit are allowed on Sugar Beach Property, and only with the consent of the unit owner.
- All dogs meeting the designation of vicious breeds determined by our insurance underwriter are not permitted on the property at Sugar Beach. This includes but is not limited to the following dog breeds, whether purebred or mixed: Akita, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd (including active or retired
- While on the property, pets must be on a leash.
- No pets shall be allowed to constitute a nuisance or annoyance to other owners or lessees, including continuous barking/noise, foul odors, or infestations.
- Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse, pool area, grill area, tennis court, pond, or landscape beds. We do have designated dog-walk area(s) on the property.
- Fees: ALL OWNERS and GUEST must immediately collect and dispose of pet waste in the waste receptacles provided on the property.
- Should a pet owner fail to clean up after his/her pet, the Association or Management Company may fine the owner and/or perform the clean-up and bill the Unit Owner for the reasonable and customary cost of the same.
Safety: Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit. The resort is a gated community with security cameras in common areas.
Local Wildlife: Please be aware that our coastal location means you may occasionally see or hear small animals or insects, despite regular professional pest control services.
