Welcome to your charming family-friendly beach condo, Wendwood F-5 with KirbyAppeal Vacations! This inviting space offers a King bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom and a smart TV, a Queen bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, as well as twin bunk beds. The spacious living room features a sleeper sofa and a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach fun. The living room opens up to a beautiful fully stocked kitchen equipped with all major essentials, including a dining table and island bar seating for family meals. Additionally, we provide essential beach items for the whole family. Our complex also features a pool, ensuring there's plenty of fun for everyone.

Guests will have private access to the entire condo, with the exception of one locked owner's closet. You are also welcome to enjoy all the community amenities.
Beach Access: The property is just a short walk from the beach. We provide a beach cart, chairs, an umbrella, and towels for your convenience.
Community Pool: Take a dip in the sparkling community pool, perfect for the whole family.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be on-site, we are readily available via the app or by phone should you need any assistance or local recommendations during your stay.

Wendwood Condominiums are located in the heart of Panama City Beach, just minutes from the white-sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf. The community is tucked just off Front Beach Road, offering a quieter setting while still being close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.

Guests enjoy easy access to beach entrances, grocery stores, family-friendly activities, and popular Panama City Beach spots—all just a short drive away. It’s a convenient and comfortable location for families, couples, and groups looking to enjoy the beach without the crowds of large resort areas.

We are a short 3-4 minute walk to the beach and our unit is up one flight of stairs. You will need a vehicle to get around Panama City beach with heavy traffic at peak times.

Booking Requirements: To finalize your reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement, provide ID verification, and authorize a $1,000 security hold (this is a temporary hold, not a charge). This is completed through a secure third-party guest portal, NOT Airbnb. As an alternative option, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $49.

Property Access:
Please note this is a 2nd-floor walk-up condo. There is no elevator available on the property.

Safety & Security:
Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. For security, exterior cameras are located at the front door and on property. 150 lb. limit per bunk bed.

Optional Services:
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee ($19/hr), subject to availability. Please inquire for details.

Local Wildlife:
Please note that our coastal environment is home to small animals and insects. While we have regular professional pest control, you may occasionally see or hear them in or around the house.
