Guests will have full and private access to the entire cottage they have booked, including the private backyard, and all listed amenities. Please note that two closets in the unit are kept locked for owner storage and is not accessible to guests. You will also have access to the shared resort-style swimming pool and neighborhood dock.

You'll need a vehicle to move around the Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, and 30A area. You can expect traffic congestion during peak seasons.

- 150 lb. weight limit for EACH bunk bed.
- Guests that are not on the reservation are not permitted.
