Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire townhome. This includes all interior spaces, the private back patio with a gas grill, and the one-car garage. Enjoy the freedom and privacy of having the whole place to yourselves.

You’re just minutes from the beach, Pier Park shopping and dining, marinas, and popular attractions—without being stuck in heavy beach traffic.

Whether you’re heading to the Gulf for a beach day, grabbing dinner nearby, or exploring local activities, everything is a quick drive away. It’s an ideal home base for families, couples, and groups who want convenience, flexibility, and easy access to all of Panama City Beach.

The house is a short under 7 min. walk to the public beach access. You'll need a vehicle to get around Panama City Beach. During peak season of June and July, you can expect heavy traffic on the main roads.

Booking Requirements: To finalize your reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement, provide ID verification, and authorize a $1,000 security hold (this is a temporary hold, not a charge). This is completed through a secure third-party guest portal, NOT Airbnb. As an alternative option, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $59.

Safety & Security: Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. For security, exterior cameras are located at the front door and back patio. 150 lb. limit per bunk bed.

Local Wildlife: Please note that our property is located in a coastal environment. While we have regular pest control, you may encounter small animals or insects native to the area.

Optional Services: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee ($19/hr), subject to availability. Please inquire for details.
