Welcome to your home away from home in Panama City Beach! We offer two beautifully updated, family-friendly condos at Wendwood—choose our spacious 2-bedroom (F5) or our cozy 1-bedroom (F6) for your perfect getaway.

Start your day sipping coffee on your private balcony, then take a short 3-minute walk to the sugar-white sands with the provided beach gear. Or, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, located just steps from your door. Evenings are effortless with a comfy living room, Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi for movie nights.

Sleeping Arrangement (2BR UNIT – F5) sleeps 7 including infants

Main Bedroom:
- King bed, USB charging lamps, and a walk-in closet.
- Second Bedroom: Queen bed plus a twin bunk bed (150 lb limit), with a spacious closet and a Pack ’n Play.
- Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Sleeping Arrangements (1BR UNIT – F6) sleeps 4 including infants

- Main Bedroom: Queen bed, USB charging lamps, a large closet, and a Pack ’n Play.
- Hallway Bunks: Two single bunk beds (150 lb limit each) with individual reading lamps.

Kitchen and Dining:
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Enjoy the convenience of a microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. We also provide an air fryer, blender, pots, pans, and all the dinnerware you'll need.

Comfortable Living Room:
- Relax on the sofa after a day at the beach and stream your favorites on the Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and cable.

Beach and More:
- Beach Gear Provided: We include a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, toys, and beach towels.

Conveniences:
- Each unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, iron, and games for family fun.

Bathrooms:
- Three full bathrooms with toilet, bath and shower combo, single vanity sink with mirror
- Essentials provided such as towels, hand soap, washcloths, and hair dryer

Guests will have full and private access to the entire condo they have booked, including the private balcony and all listed amenities. Please note that one closet in the unit is kept locked for owner storage and is not accessible to guests. You will also have access to the shared resort-style swimming pool.

Wendwood Condominiums are located in the heart of Panama City Beach, just minutes from the white-sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf. The community is tucked just off Front Beach Road, offering a quieter setting while still being close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.

Guests enjoy easy access to beach entrances, grocery stores, family-friendly activities, and popular Panama City Beach spots—all just a short drive away. It’s a convenient and comfortable location for families, couples, and groups looking to enjoy the beach without the crowds of large resort areas.

Once you’re in the Wendwood Condominiums complex, the condos are in building F near the back of the complex and on the right. Park to the far left and your condos will be up the far left flight of steps. There is a high likelihood of heavy congestion on the roads during peak summer months.

Booking Requirements: To finalize your reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement, provide ID verification, and authorize a $1,000 security hold (this is a temporary hold, not a charge). This is completed through a secure third-party guest portal, NOT Airbnb. As an alternative option, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $59.

Optional Services: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee ($19/hr), subject to availability. Please inquire for details.

Safety & Security: Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. For security, exterior cameras are located at the front door and back patio. 150 lb. limit per bunk bed.

Accessibility: Please note that both condos are second-floor walk-up units. There is no elevator access on the property.

Local Wildlife: This is a coastal environment. While we have regular professional pest control, you may encounter small animals or insects in or around the condo.
