We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be on-site, we are readily available via the app or by phone should you need any assistance or local recommendations during your stay.
Southwind Social is located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach within the Southwind Condominiums, offering a relaxed, family-friendly setting just a short walk from the beach. This area is known for lighter traffic, easy beach access, and proximity to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, and local dining—making it a convenient and laid-back home base for enjoying the best of PCB.
Southwind Social is on the west end of the beach. While there is still plenty of shopping and dining with 30a close by and Pier Park right down the road, the west end of the beach is very quiet. If you should need shopping, dining, or entertainment recommendations they are walking/biking/golf cart distance away. The complex is one off the beach, less than 200 steps to the water line.
You will need a vehicle to get around Panama City Beach and during peak season traffic can be heavy.
Booking Requirements:
To finalize your reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement, provide ID verification, and authorize a $1,000 security hold (this is a temporary hold, not a charge). This is completed through a secure third-party guest portal, NOT Airbnb. As an alternative option, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $49.
Property Access:
Please note this is a 3rd-floor walk-up condo. There is no elevator available on the property.
Safety & Security:
For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located on the premises.
