Salt & Sol Society is made up of three private boutique suites—Sol, Costa, and Tide—rented together as one property. Each suite has its own entrance, kitchen, living area, bedrooms, bathroom, and private balcony, giving groups the ability to stay together while still enjoying their own space and privacy.

The property accommodates up to 18 guests across 6 bedrooms and 9 beds. Guests also share outdoor gathering areas with lounge seating, grills, alfresco dining, an outdoor shower, and a hot tub. The beach is approximately two blocks away.

Guests reserving Salt & Sol Society have private access to all three boutique suites—Sol, Costa, and Tide—including 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 living areas, private balconies, and guest outdoor spaces. You’ll also have access to the hot tub, BBQ grill, outdoor lounge and dining areas, outdoor shower, and shared laundry area. The laundry area is also accessed by our housekeeping team daily from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. One outdoor supply shed is reserved for owner and maintenance use and remains locked.

We respect our guests’ privacy and offer convenient self check-in. We’re available by message throughout your stay and have a local team available if assistance is needed. Our housekeeping team may access the shared laundry area daily between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Outside of this area, we will not enter guest spaces during your stay without prior notice except in an emergency.

Salt & Sol Society is located on Estero Island in the heart of Fort Myers Beach, where laid-back island living meets the warm waters and powder-soft white sand of Southwest Florida’s Gulf Coast.

The neighborhood has a relaxed, vacation-friendly atmosphere with local restaurants, beach bars, watersports, fishing, boating, and plenty of ways to explore the island. The lively Times Square area is just a short drive, trolley ride, or bike ride away, while nearby Bowditch Point Park and Matanzas Pass Preserve offer quieter spots for nature walks, wildlife watching, and beautiful Gulf sunsets.

Best of all, the beach is only about two blocks from the property, making it easy to walk over for a morning by the water, an afternoon in the sun, or sunset on the sand.

Getting around Fort Myers Beach is easy by car, trolley, bicycle, scooter, rideshare, or on foot. The island is compact and walkable for shorter trips, especially for getting to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars.

LeeTran operates beach trolley service along Fort Myers Beach, making it convenient to explore the island without driving. Biking and scooters are also popular ways to get around, particularly during busy season when parking near Times Square and other popular areas can be limited.

Rental cars are convenient for exploring beyond the island, while Uber, Lyft, taxis, and local transportation services are also available. For guests looking to explore by water, nearby marinas and water taxi options provide access to boating and surrounding islands.

This listing includes all three suites and the entire Salt & Sol Society property. The suites may also be rented individually when the full property is not reserved.

Because the property is designed as three separate living spaces, it is especially well suited for multiple families, couples traveling together, or larger groups who want both togetherness and privacy.

Laundry: One shared washer and dryer is available for the entire property. Guests are welcome to use it, but the laundry area must remain available to our housekeeping team daily from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM for turnovers.

Salt & Sol Society is located on Fort Myers Beach in an active coastal community. Like most beach destinations, traffic, seasonal crowds, construction, weather, and island activity may vary throughout the year.
