This step-free entry home boasts the most amazing outdoor space - situated on a private, fully fenced lot, surrounded with lush, mature landscaping! Take a dip in the resort style pool with Baja shelf and in pool seating or in the serene waterfall spa (Spa turns on 5-11pm). This gorgeous home has it all. Your very own private paradise in sunny, Southwest Florida! Our garage holds 2 cars and the driveway accommodates an additional 2. We include 2 bikes with a lock, that you are welcome to ride to the beaches or around town! The Palms by Coastal Cabana is located in a luxurious, safe and clean neighborhood. We care about you and your safety, which is why we have a custom coded access and front exterior / garage cameras, to ensure you feel comfortable and safe when you book with us. Welcome to The Palms by Coastal Cabana. Located along the Historic McGregor Blvd, known as the "Avenue of Palms". This two mile stretch of Royal palms were planted by Thomas A. Edison in 1901. The home is only 3 houses away from the water and is known for it's gorgeous homes, peaceful views and close proximity to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Bunche Beach, Captiva and downtown Fort Myers - aka The River District!

Parking: 2 stall garage, 2 additional driveway spaces.
Taxi/Uber/Lyft and our included bicycles are convenient options to get around town. Please see the guest book provided inside the home upon arrival. This includes additional ways of commute around town, including bus routes and the Trolley on Fort Myers Beach.

$65 pet fee for guests who choose to bring a maximum of 2 dogs during their stay. All dog waste must be picked up, bagged and thrown in the exterior trash can or a $200 fee will be charged.
