Forget your worries at Wailea Surf Shack, a spacious and serene villa overlooking the beautiful fairways of the Wailea Blue golf course. Tucked away in a peaceful section of Wailea Grand Champions, the condo offers a private lanai, a peekaboo ocean view, and a relaxing setting close to beaches, golf, shopping, and dining.

Both swimming pools, hot tubs, and grilling areas are approximately a three-minute walk from the condo. The Shops at Wailea and a wonderful selection of restaurants are also nearby.

Wailea Surf Shack, Unit 151, is a spacious one-bedroom, two-bath condo with over 900 square feet of living space. This first-floor, ground-level unit has no flights of stairs, making it easy to bring in luggage, groceries, golf clubs, and beach gear. Your designated parking space is conveniently located near the front door.

When you walk inside, you will be greeted by a bright, open living space with plenty of room for a couple, family, or small group of friends. The large sectional is perfect for relaxing together and watching the 70-inch Smart TV after a day of exploring Maui.

Wake up to the sounds of tropical birds and start your morning at our well-stocked coffee and tea station, one of our guests’ favorite amenities. Maui grows some wonderful coffee, and there is no better place to enjoy your first cup than on the lanai.

Located just off the living room, the private lanai overlooks the Wailea Blue golf course and offers a small peekaboo ocean view through the tropical landscaping.
Settle into the comfortable outdoor furniture with your morning coffee, enjoy an outdoor meal, or relax with a tropical beverage while taking in the beautiful colors of a Maui sunset.

The spacious primary suite has a comfortable king-size bed, a relaxing beach-inspired atmosphere, and an attached full bathroom.

A luxurious queen Murphy bed is located in the living room. We chose a Murphy bed because nobody enjoys sleeping on a pullout couch. Please note that the Murphy bed is located in the common living area rather than a separate bedroom.

All of our mattresses, bed linens, and bath linens are made from luxury bamboo by Cariloha. The Cariloha store is located at The Shops at Wailea, and our guests receive a discount code for 20% off eligible purchases.

A second full bathroom with a shower and tub combination is located off the main living area. Having two full bathrooms gives couples, families, and small groups additional space and privacy.

Wailea Surf Shack receives an excellent natural cross breeze. Open the sliding glass doors and enjoy the fresh island air flowing through the condo, or close the doors and use the air conditioning for additional comfort.

Wailea Grand Champions is surrounded by beautifully maintained tropical grounds and offers two swimming pools, hot tubs, and grilling areas. The Wailea Tennis Club is located next door and is independently operated. Court time, lessons, equipment, and any applicable fees are not included with your reservation.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The condo also includes a well-stocked coffee and tea station, a full-size in-unit washer and dryer, ceiling fans, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, beach equipment, and many other thoughtful amenities.

We provide plenty of everyday essentials, including full-size toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. We do not provide only a small starter pack. You are here on vacation, and we do not want you to lose valuable beach time shopping for basic necessities.

If there is something you need during your stay, please let us know. We live nearby, personally manage the condo, and are always happy to help.

Best of all, we ask you to do nothing at checkout. There is no need to start the laundry, strip the beds, or run the dishwasher. We would much rather have you enjoy your final morning on Maui before your travel day. We will take care of the rest.

Golfers will appreciate being located directly on the Wailea Blue Course. The world-class Wailea Gold and Emerald courses are also a short drive from the villa.

The Shops at Wailea are nearby and offer a variety of shopping and dining options. Several of South Maui’s most beautiful white-sand beaches are also only a short drive away.

Ulua Beach is the closest beach to the villa. It is approximately a three-minute drive, with free public parking and outdoor showers available, or about a 15-minute walk. Ulua is especially well known for swimming and snorkeling, and we provide beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, and other beach gear to help you enjoy your day by the ocean.

For families traveling with children, a twin rollaway bed is available upon request as an alternative sleeping arrangement for reservations of up to four guests. It does not increase the condo’s maximum occupancy. Please let us know before arrival if you would like it set up, as the rollaway is not stored inside the condo.

Guest access
The entire space is yours to enjoy other than the owner's closet, which is a small locked storage room.

Other things to note
Please make note that hurricane season is June-November. We recommend all of our guests to purchase travelers insurance in general but especially during hurricane season.

- For Families with infants:
We do have some amenities for your little ones: Pack N Play, Highchair, inside and beach toys, books, white noise machine, plastic dish ware, cups and utensils...if you need anything else we highly recommend No Ka Oi baby rentals.
You can coordinate a time for your items to be dropped off and picked up with the company and we will be more than happy to assist with that in anyway that we can.
