Immerse yourself in nature's embrace from the comfort of our cozy living room with a fireplace or soak in the serenity of our 6-person hot tub and 2-person glass sauna, both offering sweeping vistas of the surrounding mountains. Absolute best views in Julian. Perfect for a romantic getaway. The cottage is perched atop a private spur at 4500 feet on Cuyamaca Mountain. Be amazed at views of Volcan Mountain, Granite Mountain, the Salton Sea, and blankets of stars at night. Look down into Banner Grade and all of the old Julian gold mines from the 1800s.

Step into a haven of tranquility where large picture windows seamlessly blend the home's interior with the enchanting outdoor surroundings, creating a harmonious living experience.

The expansive great room combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room, fostering a sense of openness and togetherness. Ample natural light floods the space, illuminating the fully equipped kitchen, inviting dining area, and cozy living room.

Retreat to the tranquil master bedroom, adorned with private access to a serene deck featuring a large propane barbeque and breathtaking views of the Salton Sea and the majestic mountains.

The second bedroom has a full sized bed with an adjustable motorized frame. The room also has a desk, large TV, daybed with trundle, air hockey, and a brand new pinball machine as well as a Polycade arcade machine (over 300 retro & Steam games). There is a full sized washer and dryer in the second bedroom as well.

For added relaxation, unwind in the luxurious 6-person hot tub nestled amidst the tranquil backyard or indulge in a rejuvenating sauna experience in the 2-person infrared sauna. Both areas offer panoramic views, enhancing the sense of serenity and allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature's embrace.

Experience the thrill of being 4500 feet up on a mountaintop, able to see over 100 miles across the desert and Salton Sea. Banner Grade is over 1000 feet straight down below the cottage. At times, clouds rush over the property giving a truly rare experience. Definitely a unique stay you will never forget. There are 2 very large astronomy binoculars for your star gazing use.

Each room boasts its own thermostat for personalized temperature control, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.

Ample parking is available on the driveway and gravel pad, accommodating up to three vehicles. The cottage is 2 miles from downtown Julian and 1 mile from Nickel Brewery.
