The newly built dream villa Sanibel Shell with south-facing orientation on the "Crosby" saltwater canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico is built on a 1000 sqm property, in a typical modern Florida style.

The Villa Sanibel Shell invites you to dream, relax and feel good with its luxuriously furnished interior and noble travertine stone floors. The villa is equipped with energy-saving LED lighting technology and has an alarm system, individually controlled air conditioning and a utility room with electrical appliances according to European quality standards. A washing machine, dryer, ironing set and vacuum cleaner are of course included. Towels, other household items and children's items such as a highchair, bed railing, baby monitor and baby crib are also available free of charge. In addition, you have high-speed Internet/WiFi and telephone.

LIVING ROOM

The living area is open and spacious. Here you can enjoy "doing nothing" without a guilty conscience. For the best entertainment, you will find a 75" smart LED HDTV TV, Apple TV and a Dolby surround sound system with integrated music system (with volume control at various points in the house) in the entertainment center. We also offer an electric fireplace for cozy evenings.

GAME ROOM

The game room with pool table will be a special pleasure for you. In the adjacent butler's pantry, you can mix a cocktail or take the properly chilled wine from the wine chiller.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen with the high-quality brand appliances, such as a 48" fridge, induction ceramic hob, built-in oven and built-in microwave, leaves nothing to be desired. Likewise, the huge raised island bar invites you to entertain. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the spacious dining area with enough space for 8 people. Thanks to the 90°C sliders, you have a fantastic view of the pool area and the canal.

BEDROOMS

Almost unique are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms en suite. The bedrooms are divided into a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a junior master bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and another bedroom with a queen-size bed. Of course, the rooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses, smart LED HDTV and alarm clocks.

The luxury villa is built in a similar U-shape, so that all possibilities for relaxation can be offered. If you feel like an outdoor dinner with family and friends, you will find a summer kitchen with lounge and TV as well as a modern dining table with space for 8 people.
You will also find a comfortable and cozy lounge area with a gas fireplace to linger in the second lanai. In the spacious "screened-in" pool area with a sun deck, equipped with comfortable loungers, you have plenty of space for an extensive sunbath and free space to breathe deeply and unwind.

SUMMER KITCHEN

The outdoor area is equipped with an impressive summer kitchen and 65" smart LED HDTV, which includes a built-in gas grill and refrigerator as well as a bar along the pool, where you can chill wonderfully.

POOL & SPA

The exclusive residence has a T-shaped, electrically heated pool with a zero-point spa. It is equipped with a modern and highly efficient pool pump, LED technology and a skin-friendly salt cleaning system.

Furthermore, the pool has a sun shelf on which you can simply relax or play with the little ones.

BOAT DOCK

At the dock you have the option to moor a boat or simply relax under the Tiki hut.
