Villa Maui is on one level and is approx. 204m² in size.

The large, open-plan living room is located in the centre of the house with the open-plan kitchen and spacious dining area. The high ceilings and large windows give the rooms a spacious and bright feel. An oversized fan hangs from the ceiling in the living room.

In the living room you will find a large lounge area and a large Smart TV as well as a fireplace.

In the open, fully equipped kitchen you will find, among other things:

In the master bedroom you have a king-size bed, smart TV, fan, direct pool access and access to the master bathroom. The doors in the master bedroom have electric darkening and an alarm that can be activated if necessary (children).

In the master bathroom with natural light, you can shower comfortably in the walk-in rain shower and take a cosy bath in the free-standing bathtub. 2 washbasins, drawers, make-up mirror, hairdryer, towels, bath towels and a separate toilet complete the offer.

The heated pool is over 9 metres long and invites you to splash around and relax. The pool area is completely enclosed by a screen. This keeps the mosquitoes away.

There are plenty of new sun loungers, cushions and parasols around the pool. A weekly pool service ensures good water quality.

A new outdoor kitchen with barbecue, fridge and shelves makes for great barbecue evenings by the pool. Enjoy marvellous sunsets with a view over the canal. Sun worshippers will get their money's worth thanks to the good south-west orientation.

There is also a lounge area. A large dining area for up to 10 people and ceiling fans on the terrace round off the offer.

New: we have had hurricane shutters installed on the terrace. The shutters not only protect against the storm, but our guests can also adjust them electrically to protect them from the sun, rain and wind on the terrace. Enjoy your holiday to the full.

Bath towels, towels and bed linen are included in the price. Beach chairs and umbrellas for your beach visit can be used free of charge.

You can park your car safely in the garage.

Please note that security cameras are installed in front of the house at the garage and entrance for your safety. It is not permitted to tamper with the electrics, Wi-Fi router or TV sets!

The front garden was also embellished in October 2021 with new plants and flowerbed edging with lights.

Villa Maui is in a quiet location, yet supermarkets (Publix, Walmart), shops, restaurants and the harbour can be reached within a few minutes.

The large outlet shopping centres Coconut Point and Miromar Outlet are a 40-minute drive away and a hire car is recommended.

Villa Maui is perfectly located in Cape Coral. With its south-west facing position, you have plenty of sunshine.
The Cape Coral beach, Matlaché etc. are only a few minutes' drive away.

You are well looked after with our on-site housekeeping. Our property management can help you with boat hire at the harbour and you will find beach chairs and a parasol in the house for your trips to the sea, e.g. Sanibel Island.

Villa Maui is located directly on the canal and the harbour of Cape Coral is only a few minutes away. Sanibel Island and Captiva Island are just a few minutes' drive away, and Universal Film Studios, Disney Land and the Epcot City Centre can be visited as 1-2 day trips.
