Villa Merise Salobreña with private pool - Salobreña

Villa Merise is a 1970s villa full of vintage, with two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The veranda and garden have the view of a postcard, a private pool and a fruit orchard.

Beaches, restaurants, and cultural attractions are within a 5-minute drive.

The villa is located on the N-340 between Salobreña and Almuñécar. On the mountain side, a housing project is in progress. Guests may experience noise and construction disturbance.

The name Merise refers to the beautiful sea view.

The space
Villa Merise can accommodate up to 4 people:

- Dining room with French doors to the spacious veranda with a truly fantastic view over the bay of Salobreña.

- Equipped with WiFi, an Android Smart TV to install or stream your own TV App and a cozy pellet stove for the colder winter evenings.

- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic stove, oven, Nespresso machine and bar with views over the Mediterranean Sea.

- Two double bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a French balcony with sea views.

- Air conditioning for heating and cooling in the living room and bedrooms.

- Shower and toilet room.

- Storage room with washing machine and parking right in front of the house.

- Sunny veranda facing south, fenced garden (400m2) with fruit trees, gas barbecue, private swimming pool and fantastic views over the bay.

Guest access
Villa Merise is fully accessible, with the exception of the garage.

Other things to note
- Due to its location on the N-340, there is noise nuisance, which may be experienced as disturbing.

- On the mountain side of Villa Merise, a housing project is currently in progress. Although the work is not visible from the sea side of the house and from the terraces, guests may experience some construction disturbance from the street side.

- We are happy to accept bookings from experienced guests with at least 5 reviews and a good reputation.

- Villa Merise is unfortunately not accessible to persons with a mobility impairment.

- The swimming pool is not closed by a fence with lock, and therefore we do not recommend a stay with small children.

- Depending on the season, we will visit 1 to 4 times a week for pool maintenance and garden maintenance. The times are by mutual agreement.

- Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m. (any exceptions in consultation)
