Casa Larimar is a light and contemporary furnished terrace house, surrounded by the subtropical gardens and the 2 swimming pools of Urbanization Fuentes de Almuñécar.

The vacation home has the view of a postcard, offers a lot of privacy and a very good sun location and is located 5 minutes by car from beaches, restaurants and culture.

Larimar is a sea-to-sky blue gemstone that gives inner peace and satisfaction and makes you aware that you are the architect of your own life.

The space
Casa Larimar can accommodate up to 4 people:

Entrance through the gate on the street to the south-facing panoramic terrace, with a fantastic view: of the Mediterranean Sea, of the seaside resort of Almuñécar and of the valley with tropical fruit, which runs like a green river from the mountains to the sea.

The terrace is equipped with patio furniture, sun blinds, potted plants and gas barbecue.

Atmospheric and bright dining room with sliding doors to the terrace, with the same beautiful views from this room. The house is equipped with fiber optic internet, an Android Smart TV (to install or cast your own TV App) and air conditioning for cooling and heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction stove, oven, Nespresso machine, blender, microwave, etc.

There are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and 3 windows with sea views and one bedroom with two single beds. Both rooms have air conditioning for cooling and heating.

The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and space for the (solar) boiler and washing machine.

Casa Larimar is accessible by car to the entrance and has free parking nearby on the street.

Our guests can use the two fantastic swimming pools on the urbanization Fuentes de Almuñécar for free. The panoramic swimming pool is open all year round (except Mondays due to weekly maintenance) and the infinity pool is open seasonally from June 15 to September 15 (except Tuesdays due to weekly maintenance).

Guest access
Guests have the entire house at their disposal during their stay.

Other things to note
Casa Larimar is located 5 minutes by car/15-20 minutes walking distance (1.5 km/100 meters high) from the beach and restaurants of Velilla, Almuñecar. One should be able to walk well to walk to the beach and in the summer it can be warm. We therefore recommend the car.

- Free parking is about a 1-minute walk from the house, but loading and unloading can be done at the front door.

- Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m. (possible exceptions in consultation)

- The panoramic swimming pool is open around the year (except for Mondays due to weekly maintenance) and the infinity pool is open seasonally from 15 to Sep 15 (except on Tuesdays due to weekly maintenance).

- Casa Larimar is located near the N-340, the main road between the authentic Spanish seaside resorts of Playa de Granada, Salobreña, Almuñécar, La Herradura and Nerja. As a result, beaches, restaurants and culture can be reached within 5 minutes by car, but traffic noise can also be audible outside on the terrace and inside when doors and windows are opened.
