Ático Lolapaluza - Salobreña

Lolapaluza is located in the historic center of Salobreña on the Costa Tropical, between the Sierra Nevada and the Mediterranean Sea. The penthouse is accessed by a steep climb and features a living area and sleeping area, both with a terrace and panoramic views, outdoor showers, and space for a hammock. A garage for a compact city car is provided. Perfect for a couple who want to unwind in an authentic setting with restaurants and beaches nearby. Beach chairs and umbrellas are already ready.

The space
- Communal entrance on a small square and parking garage with a private space for a compact city car.

- Through the front door, you enter the bright and cozy living area, with air conditioning for heating and cooling, and an Android Smart TV on which you can install your own TV app or cast content.

- Functional kitchenette with bar table, 2-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso and cafetiere.

- Access to the east-facing panoramic terrace, with pergola, outdoor shower, gas barbecue, dining table, sun loungers and potted plants.

- Bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.

- Staircase to the sleeping floor with double bed, fixed wardrobes, armchair, workspace and air con for heating and cooling.

- A sliding door provides access to the roof terrace with an outdoor shower, hammock, and phenomenal views of the (snow-capped) peaks of the Sierra Nevada, the Casco Histórico of Salobreña, the Moorish castle, the fertile green plain around the town, and the Mediterranean Sea.

- Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a cooler are available in the storage room on the terrace.

Guest access
Ático Lolapaluza is fully accessible, including use of the garage space for a compact city car.

Other things to note
- Ático Lolapaluza is unfortunately not accessible to persons with disabilities.

- Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m. (any exceptions in consultation)

- Accessible by car and parking in a private spot in the parking garage, but only with a compact city car!

- Street parking in the immediate vicinity is (seasonal) limited. In the vicinity of the center and the beaches there is more spacious parking.

- The center with shops and the beaches are 15-20 minutes walking distance (1.1 km/60 altitude meters).

- In the morning and afternoon until 8 p.m. (except Saturday afternoons and Sundays and public holidays), a frequent bus service connects the casco histórico with the center and the beaches.

- We are happy to accept bookings from experienced guests with at least 5 reviews and a good reputation.
