Air conditioning on both the ground floor and the upper floor and a fireplace in the living room, for which wood can be provided on request, ensure comfort all year round.
The outdoor area is a true oasis of relaxation. A 5x10m pool, ecologically heated by solar thermal energy, is located on a partially covered terrace of around 200 square metres. The plot extends over approx. 23,000 square metres, of which approx. 11,000 square metres are laid to lawn and fenced.
