Villa Belly is a typically 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home with a very nice and privat pool and garden area.

Here is everything you need for a quiet and relaxing holiday with your family and fiends.

Everything is good in shape and very clean updated.Our well-planed house has a lot of retreats, because the masterbedroom with its own Bathroom and its own door to the pool is divorced of the other Bedrooms by the livingroom and the kitchen, so that you could easily live there with friends and other families. Our livingroom is furnished with a comfy big couch whicha 3 recliners in addition to a 72" TV.

We also offer you a 38" TV in every Bedroom, Free-WiFi connection in the house and garden, free calls to the local landline and a printer/fax.

The Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It is directly connected to the livingroom and patio with pool, so that you can easily serve food. Our Patio-set contains a big dining table and a BBQ-Grill.

You can also enjoy sunbathing next to the pool. Our laundryroom contains a washer and a dryer.

Beach-accesories like an umbrella, several chairs and cooling-boxes are also availible. We offer enough towels for both beach and pool. Bedding and Dishes are also availible and stored in the cupboards and shelfes.

You can park your car in the garage or on the private driveway.

A HOA application & background check is to fill and the fee is $100.00
