POOL AND LANAI
This is where your days will happen. The heated saltwater pool sits inside the screened lanai, with a paver deck and new sun loungers to stretch out on. When you are ready to eat, move to the covered dining area, where the ceiling fan and the grill make dinner outside easy. The patio has had a fresh cleanup for the new season. The pool is electrically heated; on the coldest days the water can feel cooler.

LIVING AREA
Step inside and the home opens up: kitchen, dining area and living room share one open space under vaulted ceilings. Sink into one of the two sofas with the flat-screen Smart TV, or slide open the large doors onto the pool area.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Nobody gets left out while the cook is at work. The kitchen opens onto the dining table for 6 and a breakfast bar with two stools, and it has what you need for real meals: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, and dishes.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The split floor plan gives the primary bedroom its own side of the home.
Primary bedroom: king bed, flat-screen TV and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Guest Bedroom 1: queen bed and flat-screen TV.
Guest Bedroom 2: two twin beds.
The two guest bedrooms share the second bathroom, also with a tub/shower combination.

WORK AND LAUNDRY
Need to catch up on something? A hallway desk gives you a place to work, and WiFi is included. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, and an iron and hair dryer are provided, so packing light is easy.

READY WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Arrive and settle straight in. Central air conditioning and heating, and city water throughout the home. Linens and towels are provided. On your arrival day, one of our team will stop by to welcome you personally (or the next morning if you arrive late), with a welcome bag of starter supplies such as coffee, shampoo and soap.

PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS
Your pet is welcome too; a pet fee applies. Service animals are welcome at no extra charge. The animal must stay under the handler's control at all times, and guests remain responsible for any damage. We may ask the two questions the ADA allows.

PARKING
Free driveway parking for 2 cars, and guests can use the garage.

LOCATION
Pine Island Road, with shopping and restaurants, is a short drive away, and from here all of Southwest Florida is yours to discover. Sun Splash Family Waterpark (seasonal) is about 10 minutes away, and Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve and the Fort Myers River District about 20. The galleries of Matlacha are about 20 minutes by car and Pine Island Center about 25. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel are about 50 minutes away, and Captiva about 1 hour 15 minutes. Drive times vary with traffic and season, and the Sanibel causeway has a toll.
