Utah Canyon Retreat#2 2 bed w/loft 3 bath townhome - Cottonwood Heights

Located at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon in Cottonwood Heights 'The City between the Canyons' (suburb of Salt Lake City). We are 9 miles from Alta, Snowbird (Little Cottonwood Canyon) and 12 miles from Solitude, Brighton (Big Cottonwood Canyon) and 15 MILES FROM DOWNTOWN SALT LAKE CITY (Salt Palace Convention Center) and 10 minutes to Sandy (Mountain America Expo Center). Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley resorts are only 25-31 miles away on I-80.

In light of recent news regarding cameras, we feel it’s important to note, that for our guests’ privacy we do not have cameras inside or outside of any of our properties (including Ring type cameras).

When COVID-19 shocked us in March 2020 and we refunded and/or changed dates for guests we decided to do a major remodel on the condo. It was a 2 bedroom with loft 2 bath. We added a full bathroom so it now has 3 baths! One bathroom for each sleeping space. We added the extra bath and the other modifications not to increase the amount of guests the condo can sleep but to make it more comfortable!

Holidays: just after Thanksgiving add a lit, decorated tree with other tasteful decor. We added some exterior lighting near the hot tub this season.

Professionally maintained Bullfrog hot tub on private, secluded patio that backs up to open, secluded mountain side!!!.

Kitchen (not in photos) We added a new low profile microwave above the ovens to allow for more kitchen counter space.

We also have a 4 bed 4 bath and another 2 bed 2 bath w/loft in the same community (if this 2 bedroom is not available or you need more space).

The ski bus shuttle picks up for Alta, Snowbird, Brighton & Solitude at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon (about 300 yards away).

The Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center is just over a mile away. Olympic sized ice rink open year round, indoor and outdoor pools, racquetball (and Walleyball) courts, as well as a cardio room and weight room. The rec center offers several classes, from Spin, to Yoga and Zumba. Nominal fee. The outdoor pool is wonderful with two huge slides, three "rock" diving boards.
