Home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with the Master bedroom being on the main floor. Loft area has bunk beds and arcade games for the kids. Game room features pool table and air hockey.

Backyard features covered patio with outdoor dining and bbq grill. Pool can be heated and is fully fenced for child safety. Enjoy the lush landscape wihle cooling off on those hot summer days.

Guests have entire home to themselves. There is no shared spaces.

This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! and no loud parties will be tolerated. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. You are welcome to come here and have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner.

Pool can be heated for an additional $35 per day from October through May. Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to allow for heating time.
