-Children are welcome in our unit, but be aware the condo is NOT baby-proofed and there is NO LIFEGUARD at the pool. For guests with children, it is your responsibility to supervise your children at all times.

-Must provide government ID to host after booking.

-Guest must sign host's rental agreement within 3 business days of confirmed booking.

-Quiet Hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM (please be respectful to our neighbors)

-Please wash off all sand prior to entering the condo. There are hoses and sprayers at the bottom of both staircases.
