Each of the 2 condos are very spacious at 900 sq ft. Similar 2 bd /2 ba open floor plans which intermingle the kitchen, dining, and living area to provide a larger gathering place in each. Although they are not connected; they are just steps away from each other as both are on the first floor with just 2 units in between. Wonderfully providing closeness at times, and privacy at the end of the day. You're sure to appreciate the tastefully updated coastal decor with unique furniture, fixtures, coloring, lighting, and artwork to provide similar yet unique spaces. The condo complex is perfect for families that want a vacation away from the high-rise condos and hotels as there are just 14 units total in this west beach complex. So it’s never too busy, and at times your group may be the only ones there. Condo 1: Master en suite bedroom w/ king bed, Guest bedroom w/ 2 full beds, Pullout queen sleeper/sofa in the living room, and foldout ottoman to sleep 5-6 very comfortably with a max of 7.

Condo 2: Master en suite bedroom w/ king bed, Guest bedroom w/ 2 full beds, Pullout queen sleeper/sofa in the living room, and foldout ottoman to sleep 5-6 very comfortably with a max of 7.

Total sleeping capacity is 14.

*Kitchen appliances: Both fully stocked with microwave, stove, coffeemakers (pod and drip), refrigerator & freezer, portable ice maker, dishwasher, blender, various utensils, flatware, pots, pans, cups, and plates.

*Laundry: Stacked washer and dryer in each unit.

*Central A/C throughout w/ ceiling fans and extra fans if needed.

*Parking: Up to 4 vehicles max in lot-1 assigned spot per condo included and 7 first come first served spots for up to 1 more car each condo.

*Bathrooms: Each condo has 2 Full bathrooms with tub/shower. Each master suite has a large make-up area and bathroom.

*The Condo complex: You're sure to have plenty of privacy as there are only 14 condo units with 7 on each of 2 floors. There may be times during your stay where your group is the only one there. Situated in between the Gulf and Little Lagoon (1 block to each) in the more laid back west beach with beach access via 10th st. public access.

*The Area: The complex is in the west beach area with beach access at 10th st. public access. Just down the road from Highway 59 & The Hangout (about one and a half miles) to not miss out on the action for the adventurous, but in a more relaxed family friendly area to offer a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing place to recharge.

Some differences to note: Condo 1 has a queen bed and the attached bathroom is smaller than the other. Condo 2 has a king bed. Condo 1 has a new washer and dryer while the other is not.
