Please do not inquire if you want to leave your dog unattended for many hours and/or they are not house trained. We know accidents of all kinds happen, but please clean up after yourselves. If we have to clean up biological waste of any kind, a fee of $400 will be taken from your deposit.

We are pet friendly but please use provided vacuums to keep up with pet hair. Excessive pet hair will incur a $200 fee taken from your deposit.

We love our wonderful return guests! Twin Shores features: private pool(solar cover not provided for guests) and hot tub, ocean views, rooftop deck, charcoal grill, gas grill, kayak, hammock. Please note that a 4WD vehicle is required to reach the house. If you have driven on the beach before and have a high clearance AWD that will work.

If you have someone in your party who does not have 4WD and would like to leave their vehicle on the pavement, here is a phone number to help you: 252-619-3633. They also provide a service to bring people from your group to your house on check in and back to the pavement where the car is parked, on check out day.

Twin Shores is owner managed, and we take pride in providing our guests a wonderful vacation at the beach. We only rent from end of May to third week of September. $500 refundable deposit required.

Up to 2 housebroken dogs are allowed. Dog fee applies, waived for our great return guests.

We rent our home to family groups only, and at least one person in your party must be 25 years old, sign the lease, and be present at the house for the entire duration of the lease. No parties or events.

We are in the beautiful 4X4 area of Corolla, called Carova, where the wild horses roam free. Please do not feed the horses, and be sure to tie up garbage and place lids on securely. Horses have died from ingesting things that domestic horses can eat. Please stay at least 50 ft away from them at all times for your safety and theirs.

Twin Shores is a reverse floor plan home so you will enjoy the ocean view from the living area. There is a 65" flat-screen TV with surround sound, DVD, and extensive movie library. We have an antenna that gets over 20 channels. All TVs use Firestick remotes so you can easily sign into your streaming services. The sun deck on this level has comfortable deck furniture, built in seating, a gas grill and picnic table. The free-standing gas fireplace is not available for guest use. Our updated kitchen has everything you need to cook for your family. (blender, mini food processor, rice cooker, slow cooker, hand mixer, and full size electric griddle, keurig, and automatic drip coffee maker) Steps from the kitchen is the spacious screened in porch where you can enjoy the seven person hot tub! Through the door on the porch, go up the stairs to a large rooftop deck with amazing ocean views and star gazing at night.

On the middle level are four bedrooms:

1. King (private bath) with TV

2. Queen bedroom (private bath) with TV

3. Queen Bedroom with Semi-private Bath (also opens to hall) and Deck Access and TV

4. Queen bed with Deck Access, with lots of toys for the kids - we purchased a Cordaroy's bean bag chair that converts to a sleeping bed for up to 2 kids or one adult.

There is also a den with a 42 inch flat screen TV, a computer desk, library of books for adults and kids, Nintendo Wii, and has a Futon. The decks on this level are shaded and include a porch swing and other comfortable deck furniture.

On the ground level is the laundry, outdoor shower with hot/cold water and changing area, and the extremely private pool deck area for the whole family to enjoy.

A kayak is provided for exploring the Currituck Sound.

Partial week stays 5-6 nights, can only be booked if the full week is still available 7 days before your desired check in date. Please message us as the calendar is set to 7 night minimum. Owner's discretion as to whether to accept the partial stay. We recommend travel insurance to protect your vacation.
