Perfect beach cottage for an adult getaway or two families with kids.

Enter the main floor from your front decks and the space opens up to the great room with living area, dining space and fully-equipped kitchen.

This main level has two bedrooms... one with a king bed and full private bath and the other with a twin-over-full bunk plus a separate twin. There is a full bath in the hallway, plus the laundry room.

The rear deck is off the kitchen and is perfect for sunsets and overlooking the pool.

Upstairs there is an identical setup to below... one king room with full private bath and another room with a twin-over-full bunk plus a separate twin. There is also another full bath in the hallway.

Ground-level below the house provides wonderful space for the hot tub, outdoor shower, charcoal BBQ grill, hammocks, hanging daybed, corn hole, picnic table, and plenty of space for games. Horses come by the property most days.

No parking allowed under the house is allowed, all cars must stay on the sand.

The pool is maintained May through mid-October and has a heater that can be heated for a $300 weekly fee. Please check with Marty (owner/host) to confirm availability.

Doggos are welcome! $250 for the first and $100 for each additional. Please address this with Marty if you have any questions or want do discuss. Fees will be applied upon arrival for multiple animals as appropriate.

We are located in the Northern OBX of NC. Norfolk, VA is the closest airport, approximately 110 miles by car. Map view shows 2 miles to VA border, but the property is only accessible via Rt 12N.
