PARKING RULES

MAXIMUM 2 CARS parking is allowed per house. Remember if you do not follow HOA parking rules you may have your car towed in and it’s 100% outside our control.
WE do not call to town in company, the HOA does it.

BBQ $80.00 per stay - Includes:
One propane refill as needed ( you may refill by self and get reimbursed or we delivery a full propane tank in up 2 hours).
The grill cleaning after your check out.

The living room is open and spacious with a 3 seats sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the 55 inch SMART TV. This area opens to jacuzzi area with 6 seats table. There are also a half bathroom on first floor.

Dining table seats 6. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully stocked and slate kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.
