🐢 Interactive Wildlife Safari - You won’t get this experience at any other rental! Meet the locals follow our colorful, artistic steppingstones down to the waterfront marked by our signature blue and purple dock pilings. Every stay includes a complementary custom turtle bag filled with food and a card stock guide so you can learn to identify the type of turtle & feed our friendly residents right from our private dock. We made 2 custom turtle docks for them to hang out on. You will see them packing it completely full on sunny days to bask! We also added a cool Smart Kitchen "Turtle Monitor": We’ve set up an Amazon Echo Show in the kitchen. Just say "Alexa, show the Turtle Cam" to instantly stream their live dock feed while you brew your morning coffee! Watch while you are making lunch! Of course it is pointed right down at their docks and does not get guest areas. This Turtle Experience is the highlight of our home and something we think you and your family and friends will absolutely love! 🐢

🫧 Soak your cares away in our premium Wave Garda Eco foam rigid hot tub for 6 maintained at the perfect heated pool temperature year round, nestled against our handmade painted blue sun mural. It's the ultimate spot for daytime cooling off or for twilight soaking. If you want it hotter during winter months- that is no problem! No hidden extra heating costs here! 🏊🏻‍♀️ 2-in-1 Eco Pool like & Spa- complementary year-round heating in our rigid Eco foam spa, our integrated spa system runs ultra quietly, ensuring your evening lounging by the water, remains peaceful and serene. This spa is so cool, it gives you the opportunity to float around and for kids to swim a bit and play as it doesn’t have the hard shell seats like the standard tubs. We LOVE this style and hope you do too! This is NOT an inflatable tub. We like to keep the spa around 90°ish year-round. If in the winter you would like it hotter that is no problem as well. It’s a click of a button on the remote. You get the benefits of a small pool like and spa all in one, what could be better? 🏊🏻‍♀️ 🧘‍♀️

🐢 Private shaded man made beach, dig your toes into the sand under a massive backyard shade tree. Unwind in our rainbow colored canvas hammock or sun loungers, listening to the peaceful ambient sounds of our fountain and the birds. We currently have two solar fountains, one by the dock in the water and one in the birdbath by the beach so you could hear beautiful sounds of water…. we are going to be getting more shortly! 🏖️

⛳️ Endless games and fun- host a family tournament on our private mini golf putting Hole or challenge friends to a game of ping-pong, cornhole and tic tac toe. We even have a small basketball hoop on our fence for some one-on-one. We have 2 tree swings/chairs. We also provide boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, sand toys, lifejackets, pool noodles, kickball, beach balls, bikes, some toys and lights for hot tub, bingo, card games, board games, dry erase board to draw, fishing rods etc… 🚲

Launch from our private dock to explore your own slice of this world-record waterfront wonderland. 2 canoes and 1 Kayak are provided for free. One canoe can fit 2 adults and one small child/pet. Next canoe can fit one person in middle and small child/pet upfront and kayak fits one person. 🛶

🦦 Welcome to the 'Venice of America!' Our backyard resort sits directly on miles of freshwater canals and 1 beautiful Lake. Skip the crowded tourist traps and paddle through an endless labyrinth of glassy, calm waters right from your private dock. 🐠

🛶 Navigating Our Bridges: As you explore our scenic neighborhood routes will take you under 2 local street bridges. All of our complimentary kayaks, canoes, and if you bring any standard small motorized boats or pontoon boats fit perfectly under these bridges with room to spare! No lifting or portaging required—just paddle straight through. 🛶

🚣🏼‍♂️ please note NOT all of our canal systems are connected. If you want to explore others, there are several boat/kayak launches nearby so you can. I have provided pics in my listing. When you arrive I also have a canal map. 🚣🏼‍♂️

This room was once a den and has been turned into an extra bedroom space. Please see pictures as I included some showing open and one pic showing the room enclosed. 🛏️

🌴 please note there are some closets and the garage is locked off for personal belongings/house cleaning as we begin to rent this property out. We made sure you have adequate storage for your stay! Thank you! 😊

Guests have full access to the home except- We are slowly renting out our space so right now there are some locked closets and a locked garage for personal belongings/cleaning supplies in between stays. We made sure there is plenty of storage for you to utilize during your stay.

Other things to note
Pet fee is $75 per pet per stay, Max 2 animals. I will be leaving behind some dog toys and dog treats as well.
