Trailside Village 3 puts your group beside Great Eastern, with a private cedar sauna and a mountain-view deck back at the condo. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on the trail being open. Inside, the gas fireplace gives you a place to gather, and the full kitchen lets you cook around your own schedule.

Sleeping and living spaces

This one-bedroom condo sleeps up to four guests. The bedroom has a king bed and a single bed in a stacked sleeping arrangement; the living room has two sofa beds. The maximum occupancy remains four. There is one full bathroom with a shower.

Stairs lead down from the entrance toward the kitchen and living area.

The kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes and wine glasses. Use the dining table for meals, or cook outside on the private gas grill. A washer and dryer are inside the condo. Wi-Fi is included. The TV does not have cable service, and the condo does not have air conditioning; heating and portable fans are provided.

Private sauna and hot-tub terms

The cedar sauna and deck hot tub are private. Hot-tub use is included on peak-season weekends from late December to mid-March. Outside those included weekends, use is optional and requires a $195 setup fee. Arrange the appropriate setup for your dates through the management team.

Your deck is private; the backyard is shared and is not fully fenced. Free onsite and street parking are available, subject to the property instructions.

Before you book

Dogs are welcome with a $200 fee per dog. The primary renter must be at least 25 and sign the rental agreement before arrival. Children and infants are welcome. The maximum occupancy is four guests.

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties, events, commercial photography and fireworks are not allowed. Do not smoke or vape indoors, and remove shoes inside.

Exterior property cameras are capable of recording. There are no cameras in the living areas. Check in after 5 PM using the smart lock. Your access code is available in the Digital Boarding Pass two hours before check-in. Check out before 10 AM.
